Terms of service

These terms govern your use of services sold under the DediGermany brand by Amaze Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By ordering a service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and billing details. We may ask for identity verification before activating a service or at any time afterwards, and may decline or cancel orders that cannot be verified.

2. Services

Dedicated servers are provided unmanaged unless you buy managed support. We are responsible for the hardware, power and network up to your server's port. You are responsible for the operating system, software, data and security of your server.

3. Billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Invoices not paid within 3 days of the due date may lead to suspension, and services unpaid for 7 days may be terminated and their data erased. Prices exclude taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation from the client area at any time; the service ends at the close of the paid period. Because hardware is reserved for you, setup fees and used periods are not refundable. If we fail to deliver a server within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the services must comply with our acceptable use policy. Breaches may lead to suspension without refund.

6. Data and backups

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. RAID protects against single drive failure, not against deletion, corruption or compromise. We are not liable for data loss.

7. Service levels

Network availability and credits are described in our service level agreement, which is your sole remedy for downtime.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the month before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
