This policy explains how Amaze Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. handles personal data when you visit this website or buy DediGermany services.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, address, phone and company details you enter when ordering.
• Billing data: invoices and payment references. Card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored by us.
• Verification data: identity documents, when we ask for them to prevent fraud.
• Technical data: IP addresses and logs from our website, client area and network, used for security and abuse handling.
• Contact form messages: your name, email address, message and IP address when you use the form on our contact page. We use them only to reply to you and to block spam, and delete them after 12 months unless you become a customer.

Why we use it

To provide and bill your services, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations and answer support requests. We don't sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Datacenter and network partners that operate your server, payment processors, and authorities where the law requires it. Partners in Germany process data under the GDPR.

Data on your server

We do not access the contents of your server except at your request or where required by law. For personal data you host on the server, you are the controller and we act as processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Server data is erased when a service is terminated.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing support@dedigermany.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies until you make a choice. If you accept analytics in the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets cookies to measure visits and which pages are used. IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.

Fonts are served from our own server, so no font requests go to third parties. The client area uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
