Acceptable use policy

Our servers sit in German datacenters with strict abuse handling. This policy protects our network, our partners and other customers.

Not allowed

• Sending unsolicited bulk email, or hosting sites advertised by it.
• Phishing, malware distribution, botnet command and control, or hosting stolen data.
• Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or DDoS attacks against any network.
• Content that infringes copyright, including unlicensed streaming or file sharing.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content illegal in Germany or in your own country.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Open proxies, open resolvers or open relays that others can misuse.

Abuse complaints

When we receive a complaint about your server we forward it and expect a response within 24 hours. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to immediate suspension. Report abuse to abuse@dedigermany.com.

Resellers

If you resell resources, you are responsible for your customers' compliance with this policy.
